Knapp’s Madison in Olmsted Township is my first stop for all auto repairs and regular service. I have been going there for years with multiple vehicles and have always had great experiences. Rob always finds a way to help no matter how busy they are. The prices are fair, the quality of workmanship is excellent and they are always honest with any diagnosis and will not charge you for needless repairs. Highly recommended.

I had a car emergency, and my normal mechanic said he was booked out for three weeks. I called many shops in the area, and no one could see me. I called Knapps, and they said they were busy, but to bring it in and they would do their best. I received a call later that morning with an update, and the car was finished before they close, at 5 pm.My car problems were still not over. I ended up having three major repairs done on my car over a three week period. They were able to quickly diagnose and make the needed repairs, and now my car runs beautifully. Their prices were fair, and were similar to the low end of average prices in Ohio (I googled it).They provided me a loaner car during the long repair. I am especially grateful for this, otherwise I would have missed several days of work (I use my car for my job). They told me they do that for all their customers, as long as it is not being used by another customer.All of the staff, and the owner, went above and beyond to get me through my car ordeal. I am now a loyal customer.
